New Construction

Remodeling is relational. Relationships with our space, our family, our community create the need for change we’d like to see in our home. The best work is also built on a good relationship between homeowner and contractor. We love it when those relationships last beyond just one project and a customer becomes a friend and a loyal customer. One of our 2020 Projects is for just such a client. We first met the homeowners in 2015 when we remodeled their master bath. Remember this photo?

What a great flashback! We still love this project.

Over the years, they called us back to help them work on other areas of their home. Fast forward to the present, and our homeowners were eager to move out where there’s a little more elbow room. However, they wanted to start from scratch this time — a new build. They called us because of our relationship.

In just a few slides, watch their incredible new property in Dawsonville change from a knoll in the woods, to a clearing, then a hole in the ground, foundation, frame, trusses, and roof to become. . . a home.
