  • Planning for a new home build is a very detailed process. The timeline varies depending on how much work needs to be done with surveying the property, putting together site plans, designing the house, making selections, and pricing everything needed to have a complete scope of work and budget ready before breaking ground. We take this process very seriously because a properly planned job helps production run much smoother from start to finish.

  • Building a home has many variables, including how much grading and clearing needs to be done, getting utilities on the property, and the size of the project. Typically, a home takes 8–15 months to complete from start to finish.

  • We specialize in custom homes, whole-house remodels, and additions, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, detailed planning, and work that is built to last.

  • Most of our projects start around the $100,000 range, though every project is unique and we’re happy to discuss your goals.

  • We value collaboration with our clients and welcome the level of involvement they feel comfortable having throughout the decision-making process. You can expect clear, detailed communication and a working relationship where you feel comfortable asking questions, talking through decisions, and joking back and forth along the way. We enjoy what we do, and we want to make sure your experience with us is also enjoyable.

  • Because a typical project can last several months, from the design phase through production, we believe it’s important for both the client and builder to feel comfortable with one another, communicate well, and enjoy working together. Every builder has a different process, and every client has a different communication style. When those styles align, the project runs more smoothly and the working relationship is much stronger.

  • Yes. We design new homes and guide homeowners through the planning process before construction begins.

  • Yes. We have plans available and can customize them based on the property and the client’s goals for the home. We can also design a completely new set of plans that reflects how the homeowner lives and what they need.

  • Yes. We are always happy to collaborate with architects and designers to help bring the project together with clear communication, planning, and craftsmanship.

  • Yes. BAC is state contractor licensed and insured.

  • We primarily serve Forsyth County and the North Atlanta area, including Milton, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Buckhead. We also take on select projects outside of these areas for the right custom home or large-scale remodel opportunity.
