BAC Tour of Homes
Despite the slow down for many due to Georgia’s Stay at Home order, our essential business has stayed busy. As you can imagine, keeping projects going was important to our homeowners! Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms are all of vital importance to each of our families. Enjoy a quick tour through some of our busy month of April.
project #1: Lake Lanier whole home remodel & two story addition
Our Lake Lanier addition & remodel is a very exciting project, and we are working hard getting ready for some lake living this summer! We’re reorganizing the entire interior of both the basement and main floor, and making the basement into a ground level apartment with separate kitchen, living and dining spaces. In the newly framed main floor, stacks and stacks of windows are ready for installation.
Project #2: Forsyth county two story addition and remodel
This home in Forsyth County was carefully demolitioned to get ready for an addition — looks a bit like a life sized dollhouse. Not for long, though.
Framing, roofing, siding, and windows are all in. Next step — painting.
project #3: doubling your home project in Alpharetta
Next stop, Alpharetta! This project (featured in our blogpost “Doubling Your Home”) is ready for some interior & exterior finishes. The masons here are finishing up this enormous, stacked stone outdoor fireplace that will provide a real focal point for the patio and outdoor living space.

And here’s a tiny peek at the bathroom tile. Love the classic, white subway tile with dark gray grout lines. You can just catch sight of the flooring in an eye-catching arabesque all contrasted by the dark gray cabinetry.
Project #5: Decatur Screen Porch
Lastly, a snapshot right before we finished up this scree porch addition. Love the light gray tin roof and the house color. Great color choices for this historic Decatur home.
