Many of our current projects are hitting that exciting stage where style and color begin to fill in the the rough sketches of framing and drywall. All of that time spent researching looks and styles and finishes and the endless pins and likes on Pinterest & Houzz are finally flying off the webpage and into a kitchen or living room. We also have a new porch project that just started but is already soaring in the trees. And, wait until the end for a complete surprise on our new custom home in Dawsonville.

Cottage Screen Porch

Atlanta area homes have long considered the Screen Porch as an essential. They are perfect spots for enjoying our beautiful spring and fall weather and mitigating the sometimes hot, humid, muggy, and buggy weather Georgia summers usually bring. Modern porches offer more than just a place to sit on a rocking chair snapping green beans, as lovely as that image is. An extension of the family’s living space, it can be a place to relax, entertain, throw a dinner party, play Monopoly, and so much more.

Breaking Ground

Somehow, demolition seems to be everyone's favorite part of renovations. Who doesn't love a sledge hammer or sawzall making the sheetrock fly? For our newest project, we had some outside demolition to do, which can be tricky without planning and forethought.
