BAC Tour of Homes

Many of our current projects are hitting that exciting stage where style and color begin to fill in the the rough sketches of framing and drywall. All of that time spent researching looks and styles and finishes and the endless pins and likes on Pinterest & Houzz are finally flying off the webpage and into a kitchen or living room. We also have a new porch project that just started but is already soaring in the trees. And, wait until the end for a complete surprise on our new custom home in Dawsonville.

Lake Lanier - Addition + Remodel

When we last saw this home, the exterior was nearing completion and it was time to look to the interior. A luxurious soaking bathtub with a view makes this master bathroom into a tranquil space for relaxation and retreat.

Built in cabinetry, and afresh take on the fireplace await the brick surround in the revamped family room.

This sequence shows some quality carpentry at work. Beautiful wood plank ceiling with two roof windows, or sky lights bringing more light to the covered porch. Surrounded by trees — and just in time for the change of leaves.

Alpharetta - Victorian Farmhouse Addition + Remodel

This addition & remodel received the spa treatment of insulated foam to provide an incredible R-value.

The family space, including kitchen, was also part of this remodel and these Dover White cabinets would be real wow factors if that gorgeous granite was not stealing all of the attention. Love the movement and coloring. Exciting in a neutral palette — perfect for a farmhouse update.

All of that beautiful granite got covered up while the finishing touches go up in this kitchen. A herringbone pattern adds a lot more excitement to a traditional 3x6 beveled subway tile.

Dawsonville - New Home Construction

And now for something completely different. Too many classic “white” farmhouses taking over new construction? This is something you’ve never seen before — a charcoal sided home. What a statement piece! However, the striking contrast to the green of the glade that surrounds this home in the foothills also seems at home and fitting for this space. What do you think?

Atlanta - Addition + Remodel

And of course, we always have new jobs starting at the beginning of the journey. This Atlanta home is on its way to getting an addition with porch, laundry room, and walk in closet
